The huge success of Stree, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao helped Maddock Films create its own horror-comedy universe.
Big stars like Pankaj Tripathi, Akshay Kumar, Rashmika and Ayushmann Khurrana are already part of it. Now the latest buzz is that Ranveer Singh might also join this fun-filled world.
According to the reports Ranveer has been in talks with producer Dinesh Vijan and was recently seen at the Maddock Films office.
A source said the team wanted fresh energy for the next chapter, and Ranveer is interested in trying out the horror-comedy genre. They are finalizing the paperwork, and filming may begin in early 2026.
The makers are also planning an Avengers-style crossover in the future. Though nothing is officially confirmed, fans are excited, especially since this would be Ranveer’s first horror-comedy.
He’s currently shooting Dhurandhar and will soon start Don 3 as well.
