The Don 3 controversy involving Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani is still continuing. After Ranveer exited the project the producers reportedly sought Rs. 45 crore in damages and approached several industry bodies.
Following a meeting with IMPPA on August 18th, Ranveer’s legal team reportedly sent another letter to the association.
According to few reports, the letter stated that Ranveer had a Memorandum of Understanding with Excel Entertainment and not a formal agreement.
His team also argued that IMPPA should not interfere in the matter. They reportedly warned that Ranveer would take legal action if IMPPA passed any resolution against him.
The dispute is expected to continue unless both sides reach an agreement or take the matter to court for sure.
