Rani Mukerji Adds Another Milestone To Her Career
Rani Mukerji has achieved another milestone by receiving an Honorary Doctorate from La Trobe University in Australia for her contribution to Indian cinema for sure.
She became very emotional during the ceremony and shared a much special moment with her daughter Adira through a call.
This great honour comes after Rani won her first National Film Award for her performance in Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway. She was also recently seen in Mardaani 3 where her performance received praise.
During the ceremony in Melbourne Rani spoke about her nearly three decade journey in cinema and thanked audiences for their support.
She dedicated the honour to mothers and children and emotionally told Adira, “I love you”. On the work front Rani will next appear in Shah Rukh Khan’s King which is scheduled to release in December 2026.
