Sukumar, the story-teller has been under serious pressure, before Rangasthalam to deliver another big hit like his Arya and 100% Love. Nannaku Prematho ended up as an Above Average Grosser and 1-Nenokkadine was a disaster. He needed this big film to click and he made a memorable hit film out of it.
