Rangasthalam mania is nowhere showing a sign of slowing down. The movie has been the most favorite film of the audiences in the recent time and there are many who are watching the movie on repeats within the nine days o its release. The movie became a huge comeback for Sukumar after Nenokkadine and Nannaku Prematho. Even though Nannaku Prematho became a hit, NTR took all the praises and Sukumar received a lot of negative comments.

The director decided to take a vacation and he is going to USA with his family members. A source in the know said, “Sukumar is planning to go for a vacation for two months with his family to USA and other countries. He will come back with a story for Allu Arjun or Prabhas. He is all set to take his mind off Rangasthalam and he is jubilant about the success. He feels he needs time off from the stress and will be making his next with a big actor and it will be a big production again.”

Rangasthalam earned a name for Ram Charan Tej and Samantha Akkineni as performers. Ram Charan Tej, in particular, delivered his career-best performance at the box office too. After Magadheera this is his first film to cross 60 crores share from Telugu states market and the worldwide share stands at 83 crores from 8 days. This puts the film in Top 5 grossers of Telugu Cinema and trade pundits predict the movie to be all-time Top 4 or Top 3 by the end if its theatrical run beating Srimanthudu and Khaidi No. 150.
