Rang De Day 1 Numbers: Good Start

Young hero Nithiin starrer Rang De has got decent reviews. Though the story is old, the treatment is entertaining in the movie. As a result, Rang De has been termed as a passable entertainer. Keerthy Suresh has played the female lead in the film and Venky Atluri has directed it.

Rang De has got a decent start at the box-office as well. The film has collected a decent opening of Rs. 4.40 Cr on Day 1. The theatricals are valued at 19.50 Cr in the Telugu States and close to Rs. 25 Cr worldwide. This means that Rang De has to pick up on the weekend.

The movie will have an advantage on Monday as Holi is a government holiday. We have to wait and see whether Rang De will pass the weekend test or not.
