Randeep Hooda Will Soon Start Shooting for Laal Rang 2

The much-anticipated Laal Singh 2 will soon begin production, and the director recently posted an image online.

In order to discuss the plot and characters for the upcoming movie “Laal Rang 2,” actor Randeep Hooda recently met with director Syed Ahmad Afzal. Randeep Hooda is reprising the role of his beloved character Shankar.

On Thursday, the filmmaker posted a photo from the encounter on his social media accounts along with a wish for Randeep’s quick recovery. The actor-director team is seen standing for the camera in the image under amber-colored lighting. Also, they wore T-shirts containing language from the popular first movie in Devanagari.

The director wrote in the caption, “Shankar Singh Malik, district: Rohtak. This red colour doesn’t leave me, a jaat always unfolds his cards wisely

The director continued in the caption, “Witnessing Chaudhry sahab @randeephooda involved as the principal lead and producer of a feature-length, I must say is the ideal environment for any filmmaker to thrive. The readings, narrations, ideations, jokes all have nostalgia written over it. We’ve both lived this dream for 7 years and now are on the verge of realising it.”

He further added, “Memories from the preparation days of the first film are all rushing back. Just the thought of hitting the floors again for the sequel with the entire original team is giving the same rush as we had felt in the first. Wishing speedy and total recovery of your knee, Chaudhry Sahab,” he added

The 2016 film Laal Rang focused on the illicit trade in blood banks in Haryana and illuminated the less desirable facets of society.

Production companies Randeep Hooda Productions, Avak Films, and Jelly Bean Entertainment are behind “Laal Rang 2: Khoon Chusva.” Sonu Kuntal and Anwar Ali both co-produce it.
