Ranabaali Eyes Profits With Strong Non-Theatrical Deals
Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are teaming after the marriage for the first time with Ranabaali.
Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the film is a big-budget periodic action drama inspired by a real-life incident. Mythri Movie Makers produced the film, which releases tomorrow with decent expectations.
The makers have already recovered a major part of their investment through non-theatrical rights. The rights were sold for Rs 82 crores.
Netflix acquired the digital rights for all languages for Rs 52 crores, while other non-theatrical rights fetched Rs 30 crores.
If the film gets positive word of mouth, Ranabaali could recover its investment and become profitable. The film is crucial for Vijay Devarakonda.
