Bala is a well known director in Telugu and Tamil languages. His Pitamagan, became a hit in Telugu as Shivaputhrudu and his Avan – Ivan, released as Vaadu – Veedu. Along with them many of his films came to Telugu Cinema as well. But due to the raw nature of his taking style and narration, not all his films have become hits and today, he doesn’t really have such a huge market as he did earlier. Still, if he does a good movie, then people are ready to watch it for a difference from the routine commercial masala films.
Rana Daggubati who took it upon him to bring new storylines and cinema to Telugu language, decided to join hands with Bala for a movie. He is doing movies like Raja Mahendra and a film with Gunasekhar, titled as Hiranyakasyapa. After completing these two movies, he will act in a movie with Bala and Shraddha Srinadh who acted in movies like Cheliyaa and Vikram Vedha will act in this film.
Right now, Bala is re-making Arjun Reddy with Vikram’s son, Dhruv and the movie shoot is going on at a rapid pace. As the director is known for his off beat subjects and taking style, Rana will look in a different getup for sure in the film. The actor will require to change his body language and styling for the film, so he will spend some time in workshop with the director before the shoot starts.
