Manchu Manoj’s upcoming film David Reddy is creating interest with its period action backdrop.
Directed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti, the film is produced by Venkat Reddy Nallagangula and Bharat Motukuri under Velvet Soul Motion Pictures and True Radix banners.
Set during the British era and this movie is being made as a pan-India project with a strong action driven story. Maria Ryaboshapka plays the female lead while veteran actress Ramya Krishnan appears in a key role.
On her birthday the makers unveiled a special poster introducing her character, Kamala Reddy. The poster shows Ramya in a powerful avatar seated on a throne and holding a sword.
The makers say her character will have major importance in the film.
