Ramayana Team Reacts To Mumbai Fire Reports

A minor fire broke out at a temporary shooting setup in Mumbai’s Film City on Monday, leading to reports that Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi’s Ramayana set had caught fire.

FWICE president B N Tiwari confirmed that the fire started in a tent outside the studio where the film is being shot.

It was quickly brought under control, and no one was injured. The Mumbai Fire Brigade classified it as a Level-I fire.

Electrical wires, cables, wooden planks, an AC unit, bamboo, plastic materials and some shooting equipment were damaged.

However, the Ramayana team reportedly clarified that the fire did not occur on the film’s actual set. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash and Sunny Deol.
