The makers of Ramayana have revealed the first glimpse of Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama creating strong buzz.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra and Yash, this film is planned as a grand two-part epic. The teaser presents Rama as a symbol of duty, grace and compassion.
Ranbir plays Rama while Yash appears as Ravana, Sai Pallavi is Sita, Sunny Deol plays Hanuman and Ravie Dubey is Lakshmana. Ranbir looks impressive and fits the role perfectly without fail.
The visuals are very rich and detailed showing key moments like Rama’s exile while his bond with family and intense battles.
Music by Hans Zimmer and Rahman adds depth. The film releases in Diwali 2026 with part two in 2027.
