Ram Pothineni’s Gym And Steam Sessions For Double Ismart

Ram Pothineni is not only an energetic star but also a dedicated actor who gives his best to every project. For his role in “Skanda” he gained weight to fit the character, reaching around 86 kg.

However for “Double iSmart” director Puri Jagannadh suggested he lose weight and build a lean, muscular look. Ram followed this advice, losing weight and reaching 68 kg in just two months.

Today, he shared his body transformation on Instagram, promoting natural fitness with a message that “Gym & Steam sessions for #DoubleiSmart. Go Natural, Eat Clean & Don’t forget to push your trainer”.

“Double iSmart” is going to hit theaters on August 15th and Ram Pothineni is going to impress the audience with his character.
