Ram-Lakshman came on board for the Vedhalam remake

It is confirmed that Mega Star Chiranjeevi will be remaking the Tamil blockbuster film Vedhalam. Meher Ramesh who has been away from the direction for years is going to helm the project. It is said that Meher Ramesh has worked for around 2 years on the project and Chiranjeevi is extremely impressed with the changes the director has done.

With the nod from Chiru, Meher is now finalizing the cast and crew. A few days back it was reported that KGF stunt masters duo Anirbhav are going to work on the project. With reasons unknown, the latest news is that they have been replaced. Popular Tollywood fight masters Ram-Lakshman are going to work the movie.

Apart from Vedhalam’s remake, Chiranjeevi will also start the remake of Lucifer. VV Vinayak is going to direct the project. Chiranjeevi might resume the shooting of Acharya in November. Koratala Siva is the director of the project and Matinee Entertainments is the production house behind the project.
