Ram Charan talks about the importance of releasing big films in theatres

The entire country had been waiting for the release of the highly anticipated RRR, directed by Rajamouli, and featuring NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, who would be seen playing Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju, respectively. However, the film’s release got postponed due to the rapid spreading of Omicron in the country, and for now, the film’s release status stands indefinitely postponed.

In a recent interview, Ram Charan spoke about the importance of big films releasing in theatres. Ram Charan said that big films are those that have the power to bring the audience back to the theatres, and revive the theatre and cinema culture, especially after the devastating effects of the Coronavirus pandemic. He also said that while it is the actor and their star power that most often draws the audiences to the theatres, it is the story and the rest of the departments that keep the audience coming.

On the other hand, Ram Charan has Acharya also ready for release, along with RRR. Directed by Acharya, Megastar Chiranjeevi is the leading man of the film, while Ram Charan will be seen in a key role.
