The most famous and big production houses of Telugu Film Industry are looking at one star hero now as they have lined up their next big productions with him. The hero is none other than Ram Charan Tej, who wants to have a image breaking big hit at this point of his career.
Like Jr. NTR, Ram Charan too achieved big success quite early in his career, second film to be exact. He became the hotshot with many film producers looking to capture on his fame, there is no change in that status even today, but since the last production of Geetha Arts with him, Magadheera he has been struggling to repeat the same success.
His immediate film, Orange became a biggest disaster and since then he tried to play it safe at box office with Raccha, Nayak and Yevadu. Three films even though recovered their costs at box office did not help him in building on the foundation laid by his father, Chiranjeevi and Magadheera. He tried to change his path after backlash from fans and general audience with Zanjeer in Hindi, Toofan in Telugu and Govindudu Andarivadele with Krishna Vamsi but the attempts did not give him any respite. After that, with hotshot director Srinu Vaitla he tried to reach out to the youth and family audience and improve his comic timing but the film bombed at box office despite it was highly promoted as a teaser for Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback with Boss is Back slogan.
Finally, Ram Charan realised he needs better scripts and chose tamil blockbuster Thani Oruvan remake Dhruva as his next with Surrender Reddy, produced by Geetha Arts with him after Magadheera. After this movie, he committed to make a movie with Sukumar for Janatha Garage and Srimanthudu producers, Mythri MovieMakers. His film with Merlapaka Gandhi for UV productions is also under progess and the long awaited sequel for Jagadekaveerudu Athiloka Sundari, Jagadekaveerudu is also in pipeline with Ashwini Dutt as producer.
So all the big and happening production houses of Telugu Film Industry are waiting to test their luck with Ram Charan Tej .. All the best to all of them.
