Ram Charan and his wife Upasana expect their first child

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan and his wife Upasana are expecting their first child soon. Revealing the joyful news, Charan’s father cum Megastar Chiranjeevi took to social media and made an announcement this afternoon.

“With the blessings of Shri Hanuman ji. We are delighted to share that Upasana & Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With Love & Gratitude, Surekha & Chiranjeevi Konidela. Shobana & Anil Kamineni. (Sic)” wrote Chiranjeevi along with sharing the news. Soon after the went viral, congratulatory messages pouring in for the couple from fans and netizens. Even film celebrities are conveying congratulations and best wishes to soon-to-be grandfather Chiranjeevi.

It is widely known that Ram Charan got hitched with Upasana in 2012. In June, the couple celebrated their tenth anniversary.

On the professional front, both Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan are busy with their respective projects. While the Megastar’s Waltair Veerayya is gearing up for Sankranthi festival season release, Charan has a pan-India project under the direction of Shankar at the filming stage.
