Rakul the top heroine now!

The race for the top slot has never been so exciting as it is these days with Rakul Preet Singh, Samantha, Shruthi Hassan and Kajal Aggarwal in contention for the spot. Nayantara, Anushka Shetty have grown too big to be recognised among these latest entrants and both the actresses have in fact image equal to top heroes. The actress mentioned other than Rakul have also started showing signs of aging and Rakul starting her career five years later than others has become a hot favourite for big producers and famous stars these days.

The actress is currently acting in five big films in Telugu and Tamil. She completed one of them with Naga Chaitanya, Rarandoyi Veduka Chuddam, scheduled for release on 26th May. The movie is a pure love story and Rakul is excited about her role Bhramarambha. The actress also shooting for her other big project, SPYder that recently started Climax shoot in Chennai. She signed films opposite brothers Suriya and Karti. Soon she will start shooting for both the movies. Also, the actress is busy shooting for her big production in the direction of Boyapati Srinu with Bellamkonda Srinivas.

Well, the busy bee talked about her ready to release, Rarandoyi Veduka Chuddam. She said, “My character, Bhramarambha is one of the best I have done till date. I wanted to be a part of a love story where my character will be remembered by the audience after the screening. Kalyan Krishna, the director understood me and my body language really well. He moulded my character to mix with it and also gave me lot of scope to act. I am thankful to him and I am sure, audience will definitely like me in the role.” When quizzed about the big projects coming her way, Rakul Preet smiled as pretty as she can and said, “I can’t think about competing as this is not a race and I’m happy to continue my work. I will try and entertain audience with better characters and films as long as possible.”
