Rakul Preet suggests natural way to increase immunity

Rakul Preet Singh has been a fitness freak ever since she started to notice comments about her body on social media. She decided to keep herself fit, no matter what. But this resulted in her losing some of the natural charm she had before, but she is happy with being fit than ever. She is slowly rolling back to a perfect look that keeps her fit while the charm in her face isn’t lost. She is working in Shankar and Kamal Hassan’s Bharateeyudu 2, currently. She also has few Hindi movies up her sleeve which will go on floors post lock down.

She decided to share a natural way to increase immunity on her instagram profile and thanked her friend for the recipe. She said it is a perfect replacement for caffeine which can be harmfully addictive.

“We need our immunity to be at its best in times like these and what better way than to do it naturally! @rashichowdhary thanksss for the recipe. Add pinch of ginger , pepper , turmeric , cinnamon and cloves to 500 ml water.. let it boil till it becomes half. Add organic honey if you like. It tastes so good and is perfect replacement for caffeine too!! #stayhealthy #stayhome #naturalremedies”
