Rakul Preet Singh moved to Delhi Court against Media!

Rakul Preet Singh has been silent about the drugs case and even though her name has been constantly taken by some media houses, in this case, she decided to stay calm. Finally, she has made up her mind to go to Court on this issue. She filed a petition in Delhi High Court against media channels for maligning her name without proper proofs. She has asked Court to order Prasar Bharati and National Press Council against using her name in any drug related cases without providing proofs.

She also asked the Court to give her permission to file defamation case against media channels as the drugs case in still under NBC investigation. She started Rhea Chakraborthy as her close friend but also stated that she never got involved in any drugs related issues. She has asked court to take severe action on the media channels that abuse their position by misinterpreting facts just to create sensation. Delhi High Court will allow for arguments on Rakul Preet Singh’s appeal once it takes it to a bench. For now, the actress just filed her appeal and we have to wait for Court’s reaction on this.
