Rakesh Roshan Drops Exciting Update On Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 4

Fans have been eagerly awaiting fresh updates on Hrithik Roshan’s highly-anticipated sci-fi movie, Krrish 4. Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan recently dropped a major casting update on the film that has got fans excited.

The success celebration of Netflix’s documentary “The Roshans” was held on February 16, 2025. The star-studded event saw several A-list celebrities in attendance, including Rakesh Roshan, Rekha, and Ameesha Patel.

Rekha’s presence was particularly notable, as she reunited with Hrithik, which reminded fans of their iconic movie Koi Mil Gaya. While posing for the paparazzi, one among them asked Rakesh if Rekha was joining the Krrish 4 cast. He replied, “Hai hai, sab hai.” This has now fueled anticipation for the hit sequel.

Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Rakesh Roshan shared that he wouldn’t be directing any films in the future but provided an update on Krrish 4, revealing that an announcement on his son Hrithik Roshan’s film would be made soon.

Krrish’s journey began in 2003 with Koi… Mil Gaya, starring Rekha as Sonia Mehra, who plays Rohit’s (Hrithik Roshan) mother. Since then, the action-science fiction superhero movie has entertained moviegoers. Rekha was absent from Krrish 3, but if she returns for Krrish 4, it would be a major nostalgic moment in the film’s storyline.
