Rajpal Yadav: Don’t Judge My Entire Journey By One Chapter

Rajpal Yadav has opened up about his long running cheque bounce case and said people should not judge his entire career based on his financial problems.

The actor was asked to surrender at Tihar Jail earlier this year as everyone know and spent several days in custody before being released. The case is still pending.

Speaking about his journey Rajpal said he has dedicated his life to Indian cinema and theatre. He believes his work should not be judged only by his financial struggles and said he continues to receive love from audiences for sure.

Rajpal reportedly took a Rs 5 crore loan in 2010 to produce and direct Ata Pata Laapata. The film went over budget and failed at the box office.

As he could not repay the loan, the amount reportedly increased to nearly Rs 9 crore with interest and legal charges.
