South Indian Superstar Rajnikanth, known as Thalaivar by his fans all over the world, has started his new film after 2.0, directed by S. Shankar. The actor is quite pleased with the directorial skills of Pa. Ranjith and he offered him his next, in the production of his son-in-law, Dhanush, even though their first collaboration, Kabali did not become a huge success. In fact other than in Tamil, the movie deemed to be a disaster in Hindi and Telugu. Still, Rajnikanth has the charisma that no other actor can even dream off and the Superstar is ready to become a mafia don once again on Indian Screen.
Huma Qureshi is confirmed as the lead actress in the movie and the shoot of the movie is expected to start from 2nd week of June. Rajnikanth lately showed interest in entering politics as the situation in Tamil Nadu awaits for a strong mass attractor like him to enter the politics and pave a way for the brighter future. The actor is in trying to decide whether God’s calling has come his way or not and with his political entry becoming a bigger topic of discussion, even the movie will try to address his political affluence as a leader. He already stated that he wants to change the system but how he plans to achieve could be discussed in the movie as per the observers.
Some political pandits claim, even a popular actor like MG Ramachandran did a movie to propel his campaign before going into the elections and just annoucing his own party, AIADMK and this could be no different. Well, whatever could be the reason, Rajnikanth wants to once again portray a don or a leader on screen and that’s enough for fans to go gaga over his style and dialogues. The movie title is unveiled by Dhanush on his social networking site, Twitter and it is Kaala – Karikalan. The movie is expected to complete shooting at a brisk pace and might release before 2.0. Santhosh Narayanan will compose BG score and songs for the movie.
