Dharma Productions is adding another fantasy horror film to its 2027 lineup with Vishkanya starring Rajkummar Rao and Pratibha Ranta. The film marks the first time the two actors will be paired together.
Pratibha will play the title role while the story is expected to create a new mythological world with its own supernatural elements for sure.
Sonal Joshi, who previously directed Sukhee, will helm the project. The makers are planning to begin shooting later this year.
Vishkanya will be Rajkummar and Pratibha’s second films with Dharma Productions. Rajkummar earlier starred in Mr & Mrs Mahi, while Pratibha was part of Accused.
Dharma Productions also has Naagzilla, Odiyan: The Age of Illusion and several other projects lined up for the coming years.
