Rajinikanth recently made an unexpected stop at the Matheswaran Sivan temple in Anaikatti hills, near Coimbatore while traveling for the shoot of his upcoming movie Jailer 2.
Rajini stepped out of his car for a quick darshan surprising the fans who had gathered near the temple, hoping to catch a glimpse of him.
On April 25th Superstar was traveling from Anaikatti to Mangarai, where he has been shooting for Jailer 2 in the Tamil Nadu-Kerala border region, particularly in Attappadi, Kerala, for the past 20 days.
Before this, he filmed parts of the movie in Chennai. Fans, aware of his route, often wait to see him. At the temple Rajinikanth was greeted warmly by the priest who performed a brief puja and asked about his health.
Videos and photos of the actor’s visit to the temple went viral on social media as fans were thrilled to see him interact with them.
