Rajinikanth Join Hands with Cricket legend Kapil Dev for Laal Salaam

As they shared screen time in the movie Lal Salaam directed by Kapil Dev’s daughter Aishwarya, Rajinikanth and Dev shared a photo together.

In the film Lal Salaam, directed by his daughter Aishwarya, Rajinikanth has a brief cameo appearance. The renowned cricketer Kapil Dev, who supposedly has a role in the movie, appeared on-screen with the superstar. When they were recently filming in Mumbai, he removed a photo of himself with Kapil Dev off the set and described it as a “honour and privilege.”

Rajinikanth posted a photo of himself and Kapil Dev from the Lal Salaam sets to Twitter along with the caption, “It is my honour and privilege working with the Legendary, most respected and wonderful human being Kapildevji, who made India proud by winning the Cricket World Cup for the first time ever.” The two legends can be seen conversing informally in the photo. The veteran actor donned an all-white ensemble, which appears to be a part of his performance, even though Kapil Dev is depicted in a relaxed setting wearing a white polo t-shirt and grey trousers. In the movie, he is acting as Moideen Bhai.

Aishwarya Rajinikanth also posted a few behind-the-scenes photos of Rajinikanth and Kapil Dev from the filming of their movie together. For the Lal Salaam filming, Rajinikanth has been relocating back and forth to Mumbai. He has been photographed at the Mumbai airport every other day for the past week, and people adore his simplicity.

A few days ago, Rajinikanth’s first look in the movie as Moideen Bhai was unveiled, and because of the poor quality of the poster, there was a big criticism from fans. Some of his followers did, however, adore his new appearance. Everyone’s darling BHAI is back in Mumbai, said the filmmakers, introducing the superstar from Lal Salaam. Allow Ramnikanth to enter the scene as Moideen Bhai in “Lal Salaam.”

After serving as Lal Salaam’s director for 7 years, Aishwarya is making a comeback. The film’s lead actors are Vikranth and Vishnu Vishal. Lyca Productions is funding it, and a 2023 release date has been set. An official release date is still pending, though. The film’s score was created by Oscar-winning musician AR Rahman.

In his upcoming movie, Jailer, Rajinikanth will portray the jailer Muthuvel Pandian. Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Tamannaah Bhatia, and Ramya Krishnan are among the cast members that play significant roles in the movie. The movie is anticipated to premiere on August 10 across the globe.
