Rajesh Passes Away At 75, Tamil Cinema Mourns His Loss

Veteran Tamil actor Rajesh passed away early on May 29th at the age of 75. According to reports he had sudden breathing problems at home. His family quickly rushed him to Ramachandra Hospital but sadly, he passed away on the way.

The news of his death has deeply saddened the Tamil film industry and all other industries and his fans. Rajesh was a well known and respected figure who appeared in many films over the decades.

Born on 20th December 1949 in Mannargudi his full name was Rajesh Williams. He started his film journey in 1974 with a small character in the popular film Aval Oru Thodarkathai directed by Balachander.

In 1979 he got his first lead role in the film Kanni Paruvathile. From then on he played many important roles and became known for his strong performances and long lasting presence in Kollywood.
