Rajashekhar is one hero who took the police officer roles in Telugu Film Industry to a new heights with his angry portrayal and if anybody in Telugu Film Industry could bring a police character to life, then it is Rajasekhar. This kind of praise and image has been created by him over the years. With powerful voice of Sai Kumar to his aid he delivered some of the best ever performances in films like Ankusam, Vandemataram, Repati Pourulu, Aavesam and recently, Evadaithe Nakenti. He is known as the best actor in industry to play an officer on screen.
Few years back when he was almost forgot he came back with Evadaithe Nakenti in his trademark style and wowed audience to no bound. After that once again he succumbed to a lull and tried different things with Jeevitha, as director and producer. But nothing worked, so now he is trying his hand at another comeback with Chandamama Kathalu and Guntur Talkies fame, Praveen Sattaru as director. Yet to be titled film, has him playing the role of National Intelligence Officer who gets trapped into a situation that is complete alien to him and even his family gets entangled into the mess.
The story follows him in unearthing the mystery in the span of 3 days in pure Mission Impossible style. The thriller has completed 30% of film in Georgia and is looking to go Thailand for a 15 day schedule to can two three action sequences. After that a long Indian schedule at various cities is planned to complete the movie. The movie is said to be releasing in later half of 2017 and it is the biggest budget movie of Rajasekhar ever.
