The makers of RRR have been trying their best to make sure that there isn’t competition from any other film during the release of their film, considering that the film is made on a huge budget, on a pan-Indian scale. This applies to both the South Indian and North Indian markets, as the film is being released on a grand scale throughout the country.
After the release date of RRR was announced as January 7th, Superstar Mahesh Babu was the first one to postpone his film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which was announced for a Sankranthi release as well. Very recently, F3 and today, the announcements of the postponement of the release of Bheemla Nayak, was made. Making a note of this, Rajamouli thanked Mahesh on Twitter.
Rajamouli said that he is very much thankful to Mahesh for taking the initiative by being the first person to postpone the release of his film, despite the fact that SVP is a perfect Sankranthi film. On the other hand, Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam will be arriving on January 14th as per schedule.
