For the past few weeks news has been circulating among the media circles is that SS Rajamouli’s prestigious project, RRR will not release on the scheduled October 13th release date and postpone to summer 2022. But to date, there is no official update on it from the makers’ side.
Meanwhile, this afternoon, an official announcement came out from the makers end saying that “Post-production nearly done to have #RRRMovie ready by October’21. But as known to many, we are postponing the release but cannot announce a new date with theatres indefinitely closed. We will release at the earliest possible date when the world cinema markets are up and running” through RRR’s Twitter handle. With the official announcement now it is clear that RRR’s release is postponed indefinitely.
Starring NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani among others in key roles, DVV Daanayya is bankrolling the movie.
