Rajamouli: Unlike Baahubali, RRR is a closed space

Director SS Rajamouli is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film RRR, which features NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, playing Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju respectively. The film has been delayed due to several reasons, including the pandemic, and is finally about to release on March 25th.

During the promotions of RRR recently, Rajamouli was asked about a sequel to RRR, which the director shut down immediately. He said that there would be no sequel to RRR, as it’s a closed space, and that the story would end with the climax of the film. Furthermore, he elaborated that RRR is unlike Baahubali, with the latter being a vast, expansive world, in which many aspects could still be explored.

While Rajamouli’s statements on Baahubali suggest a possible third part, he didn’t make any official statements about the same. On the other hand, Alia Bhatt will be seen as Sita in the film, alongside Ram Charan, and Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn has played an important role in the movie. The film also features a Hollywood cast including Olivia Morris, Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson.
