Director SS Rajamouli is a mast of filmmaking and is also a master at promoting his films, making sure that he gives the audience the right impression of what to expect from his film. On more than one occasion, Rajamouli had even revealed the entire plot of his films, in the past. While this would not be the case with his upcoming film RRR, audiences can expect amazing promotions, given its pan-Indian scale.
RRR has an ensemble cast from all over the world, with NTR and Ram Charan playing the leads, where they will be seen as Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju respectively. RRR was supposed to have release for Sankranthi this year but got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The shooting of the film got further delayed due to the second wave of the pandemic.
Among several rumours that the film would once again be postponed, it has been confirmed by sources that the film would be arriving on October 13th, as per schedule. With the release of the film quite close, Rajamouli is said to have planned a promotional song for the film, whose shooting is said to begin on July 19th. NTR and Ram Charan are going to take part in the song, along with other cast members. The song is expected to kickstart the promotions for RRR on a grand scale, with the song expected to be released on August 1st, on the occasion of friendship day.
