Rajamouli sticking to his pan-Indian formula for Mahesh’s films

Director SS Rajamouli introduced the concept of pan-Indian films with his Baahubali franchise, which was headlined by two of the most prominent actors in Tollywood, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati. He stuck to the same concept, by roping in NTR and Ram Charan for his upcoming film RRR, which is all set to be released on March 25th.

While Rajamouli is currently awaiting the release of RRR, the script work for his next film, with Superstar Mahesh Babu is already underway. There are several speculations of what the story of this film is, with the prominent one being that it is going to be a forest adventure. While it was initially said that Mahesh would be the only one headlining the film, it is now being said that another popular actor would also be a part of the film.

Rajamouli is said to be interested in roping in a popular name from Tollywood, for a part that lasts for about 40 minutes in the film. It would be interesting to see who would be finalised in the end, as sources are saying that a Bollywood actor could also be cast in the part. On the other hand, KL Narayana will be producing this project on Sri Durga Arts banner.
