Director SS Rajamouli achieved his biggest success ever with Baahubali franchise. The movies have made him the most popular director in India today and he is being praised as one of the superstars in India by filmmakers like Karan Johar. As he spent five years in making Baahubali movies, everyone from Industry and general movie lovers are looking forward to his next movie.
The director had been dodging this question saying that he needs time to figure out the story and cast for his next movie and only then he will be able to confirm the details. But the speculations are afloat that many producers including Akkineni Nagarjuna are looking for the director to accept their offer. Well, the news is that the director has confirmed to make a movie for producer DVV Danayya. The producer has been waiting patiently for the director to honour his word from past few years. As the director got busy with Baahubali, the producer waited till the movie is over. Rajamouli also confirmed the movie for the producer and he is now in search of an actor.
Danayya has commitments with Mahesh Babu, Akhil Akkineni and Allu Arjun. As Mahesh Babu is busy with Bharat Ane Nenu and then Vamshi Paidipally films. Allu Arjun will start Vakkantham Vamsi film from July and Akhil Akkineni will finish his movie by the end of September as per the sources. So the chances are between Allu Arjun and Akhil. Sources close to producer say, Allu Arjun has more chance than Akhil as the director might have a story perfect for the actor.
