Rajamouli is one director who never fails to satisfy his audiences with the content of his films. While the common complaint is that the director takes too long to finish shooting his films, his output more than covers up for the delay, with his spectacular final product. The director took the entire Indian film industry by storm when he made the Baahubali franchise and managed to get everyone to fall in love with the film.
Rajamouli’s film after Baahubali, RRR, which is all set to release on January 7th, now carries a lot of expectations, and understandably, the expectations got increased after the release of the trailer. Speaking on the kind of expectations that RRR is carrying, and the weight that the success of the Baahubali franchise carries, Rajamouli said that the audiences are not expecting another Baahubali and that they are expecting something much bigger than that.
The director said that he is very well aware of the expectations that the audiences have on the film, and expressed confidence in being able to meet the audience’s expectations. He said that language wouldn’t be a barrier, as emotions are the most important part of storytelling.
