Rahul Ramakrishna Speaks Hard Truths
The current situation in Tollywood is quite challenging. Viewers have become more selective and are no long eager to watch every film in theatres.
The lack of major star releases has made this summer a disappointing season for TFI.
Rahul Ramakrishna expressed his take on social media stating that clear empty big screens are a much clear sign of declining film quality. He urged filmmakers to rethink ticket pricing and avoid taking audiences for granted.
He clearly explained that if a film cannot motivate people to step out despite heat, traffic, high expenses, and many other factors, it lacks value.
Movies must offer a unique theatrical experience. He also noted that today’s audiences are smart and can easily identify poor filmmaking.
