Many news outlets and rumour mills within the Industry have said that NTR biopic will be directed by Balakrishna under supervision of K. Raghavendra Rao. As the original director, Teja walked citing creative differences, this new director crisis has plagued the project from moving at the break-neck speed. The latest news of KRR being the creative head and Balakrishna directing the film himself, the movie got in some interest and buzz.
But now, the more latest update is that K Raghavendra Rao, has no time to handle the project even as creative head. He is handling the post of SVBC channel Chairman and for him involving himself into the devotional channels programs and streamline them is more important than the film. Ever since, he took over the job, he even left his own scripts in development to be touched upon later.
So, K. Raghavendra Rao cannot handle the movie at any position. Balakrishna did ask Singeetham Srinivas Rao also it seems. But the director is busy with Aditya 369 sequel and other projects. Hence, he too is expected to say, No. Who will end up directing the film? This is still a big question that needs a definite answer soon for the project to complete on-time.
