Radhika Apte Talks About Difficult Moment On Film Set

Radhika Apte, one of the most admired actresses in Indian cinema has often spoken about the uncomfortable situations she faced early in her career.

Recently while promoting her web series Saali Mohabbat she recalled a disturbing experience from a South Indian film set. The actor revealed that the makers asked her to add extra body padding during the shoot.

They wanted additional padding for her hips and chest which made her feel extremely uneasy and embarrassed on set. Radhika shared that the experience was very difficult for her though she chose not to name the film.

She has acted in Telugu films like Legend and Lion and Tamil films such as Kabali and Dhoni.

Radhika also clarified that her comments were not meant to criticize the entire South Indian film industry adding that many industries across India are making excellent cinema and she was only speaking about her personal experience.
