Prabhas, Pooja Hegde starrer RadheShyam has been in the news for all the wrong reasons rather than the right ones. The film shooting has been delayed numerous times and even the Covid second wave has hit the film crew and its progress hard.
Makers planned RadheShyam release by Summer 2019 first and then due to delays in Saaho, RadheShyam did not take off as early as expected. Filming started in 2019 and then they had to wait to get permissions in European Countries to shoot the film.
Further movie shoot got delayed due to pandemic and then when the makers tried to create a set in Hyderabad and finish the shoot, precautions to be taken to start the shoot and lesser crew restrictions have made it impossible for shoot progress smoothly.
After long delays and schedule conflicts, finally makers finished 85% of the shoot but Prabhas had to allot dates to his other projects like Salaar and Adipurush which the directors of the respected films planned finish faster. Despite of all these issues, UV Creations have announced that the movie will hit theatres in July this year, earlier.
It is apparent that the movie will be further delayed now. But the tentative date that the makers are looking at for now, is said to 12th October 2021. On the date, they want to bring the movie to theatres and they have sent fillers to all the producers, distributors and exhibitors accordingly, say sources. We have to wait for the official confirmation on this date.
The makers are still trying to discuss with all the main producers in Telugu Cinema and Nationwide as well.
