Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s much-awaited pan-Indian period love saga has almost wrapped up its shooting part except for a few patchwork scenes. The makers planned to commence the final schedule for the film in the last week of April but due to ongoing Covid-19 circumstances, the shooting was postponed.
Meanwhile, the latest we hear from our sources is that the VFX work for the film is taking more time than early estimated which is now costing heavily for the makers. Adding to it, the grapevine is also that after checking rushes, the team is not convinced with a sequence that was picturized in Italy and planning to recreate the entire episode using graphics and VFX setup.
Considering the above-mentioned issues, it is evident that the budget for Radhe Shyam is going to be a huge burden for the makers and the film’s release may also get delayed further.
Being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, Radhe Shyam has a few noted pan-Indian artists in prominent roles. Krishnam Raju’s GopiKrishna Movies, UV Creations and T-Series banners are bankrolling the movie jointly.
