Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s upcoming film, Radhe Shyam, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, with Pooja Hegde as the leading lady of the film, was supposed to have released on January 14th, for this year’s Sankranthi, but got postponed due to the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country. The new release date of the film is yet to be announced, and in the meantime, several speculations have been doing the rounds.
For the past several days, rumours have been going around that the makers of Radhe Shyam were in talks with a leading OTT platform and decided to give the film a direct OTT release. Now, putting an end to all of these speculations, the makers of Radhe Shyam have said that the film would be released only in theatres, and wouldn’t get a direct OTT release.
On the other hand, sources say that the makers of Radhe Shyam are eyeing a March release, by when they are expecting things to settle down. Radhe Shyam features a huge cast, including Bhagyashree, Kunal Roy Kapoor, and several others.
