Raashi as villain in Malayalam debut!

Rashi Khanna who sizzled on Telugu screens with movies like Ohalu Gusa Gusalade and Supreme, is making her Malayalam debut. In the movie, Telugu senior actor, Meka Srikanth can also be seen. The most interesting fact is that the movie stars, Malayalam superstar Mohan Lal as the lead. The film is being directed by B. Unnikrishnan and Rashi as already joined the shoot of the film. She even shared her excitement on In Instagram posting her photo from the shoot.

Now, we hear that Rashi will be playing a lady cop role in the movie, and she will be seen as a baddie too. This came as a surprise to us even. We could only imagine her in the comedy cute sweet cop roles like she did, in Supreme, Bellam Sridevi but this came completely out of the left side. We can only say that this movie as all our attention to see if the actress proves her mettle in such an opportunity.

Even the actress is quite excited to be a part of the movie as per the sources. The actress was initially apprehensive as her commitments in Telugu and Tamil were keeping her too busy to act in a movie from Malayalam. But when she heard the script and her character, she immediately was on board to act in the movie. In two more schedules she will wrapping up her part and join, Jai Lava Kusa shooting schedule with Jr. NTR to finish her part for the movie.
