The initial plans were to have a grand scale release for the Hindi version of Pushpa: The Rise, but due to various reasons, including the delayed post-production works, and the issues that cropped up regarding the Hindi theatrical release of the film. With so many uncertainties, the promotions of the Hindi version were also not properly done. Considering all of this, the makers of the film didn’t expect much from the first day collections, but the Hindi version of Pushpa managed to bring in Rs. 3.5 Crores on the very first day, which is a very good number.
All of this was based on the market that Allu Arjun developed for him, with the Hindi dubbed versions of his previous films. As a result, the makers of Pushpa are now said to be intent on increasing the promotions for the film in the Hindi market. This was something that they thought about previously as well, and it is now to be seen how they would further promote the film in Hindi.
On the other hand, the second part of Pushpa, Pushpa: The Rule, is said to begin shooting in February or March, and the pre-production of the film is already said to have begun. Fahadh Faasil’s character will be predominant in the second part.
