Of the various big-budget films that are ready to release in Telugu, Pushpa is one. Pushpa, being directed by Sukumar, and featuring Icon Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles, is being made on a massive budget, and on a pan-Indian scale.
Pushpa has now created a record by being the first to announce its release date. The first part of Pushpa is now officially scheduled to release for Christmas this year. As is already known, Pushpa is being made in two parts, where the second part will be shot and released next year. The first part of the film is expected to end on a high note, including a cliffhanger centred around Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil’s character, who is playing the lead antagonist in the film.
Apart from Fahadh, Sunil is also said to be playing a negative role in the film. On the other hand, the first single from Pushpa, “Dakko Dakko Meka” (in Telugu), will be released on August 13th. The song is being released in five different languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi, and is sung by five different singers. There are good expectations on the song, given the history that DSP shares with both Allu Arjun and Sukumar.
