In Pushpa, Rashmika is playing the female lead role as the soulmate of Allu Arjun aka Pushpa Raj. Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is doing the antagonist role in this rustic entertainer. Being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media, this pan-India film is being made in two parts and the first part Pushpa- The Rise is slated to hit the screens during the Christmas festival season.
