Pushpa 2: Disappointing news for fans

As the first part of the Pushpa series went on to become a commercial success at the Indian box office, the second installment is riding on high expectations among the moviegoers. Earlier, reports came out that the shooting for Pushpa 2 will kick-start from April and the makers are planning to release it in December.

Now, the latest news is that the shooting for Pushpa 2 may delay further as director Sukumar is yet to wrap up the script work for the movie. Inside reports also confirm that the film is likely to skip the 2022 release and will be out only in 2023. If the news is to be believed, this comes as a major disappointment for fans.

Being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa 2 has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Malayalam actor Fahad Faisal is playing the antagonist role in this rustic entertainer. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.
