Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannath have teamed up for the first time for the mass action entertainer Liger. It is a sports drama and Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in the role of a boxer. The movie’s shooting has resumed in February and has progressed well.
From the start, the movie’s shooting is happening in Mumbai. However, with the rise in the COVID second wave, especially in Maharashtra, the Liger team has decided to call off the shooting. They have now returned to Hyderabad.
The latest update suggests that Puri Jagannath has now decided to start the fresh schedule of Liger in Hyderabad. The preparations for that will kickstart very soon.
Hollywood technicians are working on Liger to make it more appealing. Liger is being made in Hindi and Telugu simultaneously. It will be released in three other languages as well. It will have a release on September 9th.
