Purab Kohli Teams Up With Aahana S Kumra For…

Aahana S Kumra who recently appeared in the reality show, is now returning to the big screen with her new film Putul.

The movie also stars Purab Kohli and Rajat Kapoor. It’s a children’s film that explores a troubled marriage through the eyes of a six year old girl showing how it affects her emotionally.

Aahana plays Megha, the child’s working mother who is seeking a divorce. She shared that the film was shot two years ago in Dehradun where she spent almost a month and has fond memories from her childhood trips there.

Directed by Radheshyam Pipalwa, Putul was screened at the Jagran Film Festival in Meerut, her mother hometown.

Aahana said the houseful screening made her emotional and that the festival provided the perfect platform for meaningful indie films.
