The reason behind Mahesh Babu’s absence from Ganesh festival celebrations at home is finally known. Namrata Shirodkar had shared festive pictures with family, mentioning how much they missed him.
Now, Priyanka Chopra’s latest update has given fans the answer. On Instagram Stories, she posted pictures from her flight to Kenya, along with a fun snap of Kenyan Chevda, a popular snack in East Africa.
This confirms that the much-awaited schedule of GlobeTrotter (working title) has begun in East Africa. Directed by SS Rajamouli the film brings Mahesh Babu and Priyanka Chopra together for the first time.
The team will reportedly shoot in Kenya’s national parks capturing grand adventure sequences amidst stunning wildlife.
Earlier filming was delayed due to political unrest in Kenya, but now the unit is moving forward, raising expectations. Rajamouli is also set to reveal the film’s official title and a special glimpse of its scale in November.
