SS Rajamouli created a World wide sensation with his movie, Baahubali2 and the franchise with the two parts has become the highest grossing franchise ever in Indian Cinema. The film became the first movie to gross 1500 crs and Dangal with China release, started catching up with the movie. Now, Rajamouli is the most sought after director and many producers want him to commit a movie with them as soon as possible.
Apparently, the director is under huge pressure from the producer DVV Danayya, to honour his commitment made to him seven years ago. The director accepted the advance and asked him to wait till he completes Eega. After Eega, Rajamouli had to start a movie with DVV Danayya as producer but taking up Baahubali story he decided to go with Arka Media, Shobu Yarlagadda and Devineni Prasad, his friends. They are close relatives of his mentor, K Raghavendra Rao and when the later adviced him to not to take a chance with Danayya who was struggling that time, he accepted immediately and promised the producer a film after Baahubali.
With producer continuously asking him to decide and announce about his next, Rajamouli asked his father to come up with a story that doesn’t require much VFX work and the director will participate in discussions after returning from his long vacation in Australia for three months. Even Danayya is being pressurised by Allu Aravind to confirm his son Allu Arjun has hero for Rajamouli’s project and the director hopes to find a suitable line at least to decide upon his next hero to announce the project.
